Badlands Glassworks collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, manage orders, process workshop registrations, operate the protected Studio dashboard, and maintain business and security records.
Information may include contact details submitted through forms; order, pickup, shipping, and Stripe payment-reference details; workshop registration details; private internal service notes; Studio operator and audit records; and content-management metadata. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Badlands Glassworks. Raffle entry and payment occur externally through Tickit.
Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for business operations, customer service, accounting, security, audit history, disputes, insurance, and legal obligations. Customers may contact Badlands Glassworks to request correction or deletion where reasonably possible, although some records may need to be retained for those purposes.
Private inquiry messages, internal Studio notes, payment references, and non-public customer information are not intentionally published. Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, and Turnstile anti-bot verification.
