Returns and cancellations
All artwork sales are final. Badlands Glassworks does not offer returns, and sold pieces cannot be cancelled after purchase.
Commission deposits reserve studio time, design work, and materials planning. If a commission is cancelled by the customer, the deposit is forfeited.
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. Contact the studio as soon as possible if you cannot attend; rescheduling may be offered when reasonable but is not guaranteed.
If a shipped package is damaged or lost, Badlands Glassworks will review the insured shipment and work through the applicable carrier-insurance process. An exceptional refund, dispute, or chargeback is handled by the owner in Stripe. No payment-state change automatically relists one-of-one artwork; any relisting remains a separate owner decision.
